I closed a house for the winter I blew out the supply line with an air compressor and ran some antifreeze through the drain. I could see the antifreeze in the drain hose, so I know it got through the pump. When I started the machine in the spring the drain pump did not work. There was no physical damage indicative of freezing. Is it possible the pump froze, or did it just happen to fail at this time? Thank you !
ANSWER Hello Jmark. You will need to test and see if your getting power to the pump assembly. If so, then you will need to replace the pump. Hope this helps.
