ANSWER Hello William. You will need to dismantle the front of the ice dispenser bin, check the shaft and blade spacers for excess wear, and replace the drum and blade 241685103 241684501 and the blade has to fit tightly into the slots of the drum when you reconstruct the shaft assembly.
