Kelvinater dryer with top & front off has no pullies visable. How do I get to them for a belt replacement?
ANSWER Hi D. Correct. You do not have pulleys except the belt tension er part # 5303212849. With the front panel off you need to reach into the lower Center towards the back of the motor. Pull up on the tensioner and with the other hand remove the belt off the tensioner. Then after removing the front inner panel, use the belt slack to lift the drum completely. Pay close attention how the belt ribs are placed. Consider replacing the rear drum bearing assy. part # 5303281153, and the upper drum felt part # 5303937139 and lower drum felt part # 5303281049 so it will get the drum to ride level again. You will need the adhesive part # Y055980 on the lower felt. Super clean the inside & around the motor. Thank You.
