For a couple months my dryer has been making loud squeal noises while running. Also sometimes it may sound as if there is a bunch of little pebbles tossing around in the dryer. Sometimes after running for a bit it may quiet down to no sound at all. The other day I turned the dryer on and noticed the drum was not moving and it made a humming noise. I took some cloths out and turned the drum by hand closed the dryer and restarted it and it has been running as usual scene then. My hubby thinks it may be the belt, however after reading some of the q's and a's here I think he may be wrong. HELP PLEASE!! Thanks! :o)

With the dryer tumbling after you turned the drum and with the noise issues, it sounds like the rear bearings 131777700 have failed and would need to be replaced.
