Dryer worked before replacing heating element now won't start, light in drum works, any ideas ?

ANSWER Hello Jim, there are a few things that will keep a dryer from working. It's likely you have a blown thermal fuse or hi-limit switch. If you replaced the heating element, I assume you were not getting any heat. The hi-limit would also prevent the element from working.
