My dryer stopped heating. Do I replace the fuses or heating element and where are they located?
Johnny Moon for Model Number fer6600fs0
ANSWER Hi Johnny, If you enter your model number on our website you can look at diagrams that show you where the parts are. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/parts-for-frigidaire-fer6600fs0.html - After you disconnect power to the unit, the next thing to do is check for restricted or blocked venting. This can cause the dryer to run too hot and blow a thermal fuse 134120900 or thermostat 3204267 killing power to the element 131553900. Sometimes it's just a burnt wire but, here's a link to help you with troubleshooting. Thanks! http://www.appliancepartspros.com/repair-help/dryer-repair-help.html#electric
