The oven and broiler dont work.. The pilot lights are or on but no gas. Stove top works just fine was wonderin if it was the safety valve or regulator?
ANSWER Hi Mark. Remove the power and the wires from the safety valve terminals. Ohm them out for 1-ohm resistance and each terminal to ground for shorts. See if you have the 120vac to the valve from the clock control. Check the wire connections as well. From the descriptions explained you need the safety valve part # 5303208499. If you have a amp meter to ,clamp it on one wire going to the bake igniter (Or broil igniter). Then command the bake actions. It should show 3.2-3.6amp draw within 30-45 seconds to open the safety valve. If you have less amperage draw then replace the igniter part # 5303935066. If it is correct amp draw without the gas opening, then replace the safety valve. Thank You.
