I turned my Affinity 8700 on and when drying it smells like something is burning there is no lint or anything clogged.

ANSWER Hello Heather. You need to check and see if there is any burnt spots inside the unit to lead you to the sorce of the smell. Also, make sure the ventig is not clogged on the inside of the dryer.
