My kennmore oven doesnt heat up neither does the broiler but the stove top works.

ANSWER Bryan, You'd have to suspect a damaged "common" wire between the element and ERC/Control or the ERC. It's not likely both elements would fail at the same time. You don't have a bad breaker or power supply, or the cooktop burners wouldn't work. You'll need to turn the power off to the range, and remove both rear cover panels to access the wiring and control.
