I have replaced part #316443835 and also the temperature probe. The problem is slow to heat. At first the top oven was not heating at all. After replacing the above mentioned part, it started working. A couple of months later the customer called back saying it was not heating right and it takes to long to heat up the top oven.
This sounds like one leg of voltage has been dropped. This can be at the breaker box, the junction box, the oven control board 316443835 (bad relay), 316443911, a bad connection or a high limit thermostat 318004900. You can test this with a multi-meter. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
