Broiler does not heat. Element resistance 22ohms. Both relays cheek out ok. I have 240 volts across broiler relay on the control panel. Do you have suggestions?
ANSWER Hello Ray. If you test at the element, and there is 240 volts, but the element does not heat, you will need to order and replace the element in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
