Service tech said this unit is non repairable due to a leak of freon... I see here that there are new parts available- Would it be possible to replace coils instead of finding the leak which can be quite costly?
ANSWER Hello Jason. Yes, you can replace the condenser 218787900, heat exchange 215006701, and evaporator 218691301 on the unit and hopefully it will repair the leak. It is best to determine where the leak is before replacing parts. Hope this helps.
