The Evaporator fan is making noise, sounds like its slipping on the motor shaft. What needs to be replaced, motor or the fan or both? Also how do you access the evaporator motor for this model of freezer?

ANSWER Hello Robin,
Based on the information provided, it appears that you may need to have a new evaporator fan motor 5304442620. To access the fan motor you would want to remove the cover on the back wall. There should be 8 to 9 phillips head screws holding it in place. This is on the inside of the freezer section at on the lower wall.
