ANSWER Hello Karima,
We can help you to determine the problem with your unit if we could get some symptoms. We could write a book and never get to the issue you are having. I'll give you an example: The fresh food section is working, but the freezer is not. Or, The lights come on when you open the door, but the unit is not cooling. Or, the fans run but the inside of the unit is room temperature.
I'm sorry to ask you to re-post, but we have to have a starting point.
