When my freezer is freezing like it should, but the refrigerator is not getting cold what could that be?

ANSWER Hello Robert. You will need to check and see if the evaporator fan motor 5303918549 is running and moving the cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator. If not, replace the fan motor in the unit. Hope this helps.
