I had a very similar problem as the above. The evaporator fan by the freezer unit was not running well. The repairman replaced the motor, but no wiring. He checked the voltage and that seemed in order. It seemed to work fine for a few hours, then stopped. The fan is definitely not running. If a new motor didn't do the trick, is it a wiring issue?
ANSWER Hello Adam.Test for power coming to the new motor. If there is no power there, you have a wiring issue. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
