I have a Frigidaire refrigerator. It was bought brand new 6 years ago. I have had to replace the evaporator fan 4 times already? Any ideas why it keeps going out.
ANSWER Hello Angela,
You may want to check to make sure that you don't have any loose connections and proper voltage (120vac) for your evaporator fan motor. Loose connections or voltage issues could cause a fan motor 5303918549 to fail. You will also want to install all components of the new fan motor. There should be instructions that come with it. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
