Both the fridge and freezer compartments are warm, but the condensor fan at the bottom of the fridge is running. The evaporator fan in the rear of the freezer is not running. Could this be the reason both compartments are warm?

ANSWER Hello Mike M. Yes, if there is ice on the coils in the freezer and the fan motor does not run, you will need to order and replace the fan motor in the unit.
