My filter unit froze and cracked so I have purchaced a new one from you. How do I remove the in and out water lines with out damaging to install the new unit?

ANSWER Hello John. Press in the the plastic fittings on the waterlines, and they will pull off the filter housing 241521304. These are compression fittings and that is the way you release the lines.
