We need to replace the outside cover for the filter. When my husband took it out, the Styrofoam that was surrounding the water lines was broken into pieces. Do we need to get new styrofoam and if so where do we purchase it to fit inside the filter/water line area? Thanks!

ANSWER Hello Gina,
You definitely need the insulation because even with the insulation, if the temperature drops too low, this model has an issue with the filter cup freezing and bursting. The part number for the insulation is 240394102.
