sometimes not always the gas valve chatters almost sounds like low voltage but checks ok when it chatters it has or will shut down pulled front unhooked belt has 120 at valve connections and will work but of course will short cycle with no drum movement is getting worse

ANSWER Bill, If you're sure you have a constant supply of gas pressure, then the gas valve 5303207409 would be the best option at this point. You may have a gas valve coils 5303931775 going weak, but there is an equal posibility, that there is a mechanical malfunction inside the valve.
