ANSWER Hello Pinky. No, the door gasket 216522312 does not come with instructions. You will need to remove the door from the unit. Then remove the screws securing the inner door liner and remove the gasket. Start at the corners and install the new gasket. Be sure and seat it properly under the door liner. Once installed, you may need to heat the gasket with a hair dryer to for a good seal. Be careful not to melt the gasket while heating it. Hope this helps.
