Need a little help! I have an apartment size or 18" Frigidaire dishwasher that I believe the pump motor has gone out on. I received my replacement motor from you all but now I'm having difficulty getting the old motor out. I have removed everything inside down to part #36 (sleeve) on the diagram. My questions are How do I remove the motor? How do I remove the sleeve? Must I remove the plastic retaining clips (#16 on diagram). It feels like the sleeve(#36) is holding the motor in place but I'm not sure. I just assumed that removing the bolts that secured the motor to the bottom of the unit that the motor would come right out but it didn't happen.
Thanks for your help!!!

ANSWER David, You need to remove the whole assembly from the tub. Here's some help :1. Disconnect dishwasher from electrical supply.
2. Remove access panel. 3. Remove lower rack. 4. Remove drain hose. 5. Disconnect wire plug from motor. 6. Turn three sump retainers into sump and loosen sump. 7. Push sump into tub from under dishwasher. 8. Remove from inside of tub." You have to remove the pump/sump assembly, in order to access the motor mount screws, and remove the motor. Thanks and Good Luck
