What I meant by move was if you are looking in through the access door, does the pully move toward and away. I understand that it spins to allow the belt to spin the drum, but if you were to pull on the actually pully would it come off of the piece that runs through it? I hope this makes sense.
ANSWER Hello Jer. Yes, the pulley moves back and forth. If the belt is not on the pulley, you can slide it off the idler assembly 131863007. The pulley is mounted correctly to the assembly. Hope this helps.
