I've already replaced this 2x in less than 12 months (the plastic does not hold up at all)! An all metal would be greatly appreciated!

ANSWER Matt, I do apologize for the continued issue you are having with your appliance. Unfortunately, we only have the replacement idler pulley (part number 5303212849) available supplied from the manufacturer. Sorry about that!
