I have an automatic defrost freezer and the bottom stays frozen. The top won't freeze. I'm assuming this would be due to the fan motor not working. Please help!
ANSWER Hello Scott,
If the fan is not running, all of the cold air will drop to the bottom of the unit since cold air is heavier than warm air.If the fan isn't running, you definitely have to replace it to restore normal operation. I normally list the part number, but this is one of those parts that is model specific. You can either re-post with a valid model number or you can call [1-877-477-7278] and provide the model number to the customer service representative and they will look it up for you.
