I tried to self clean oven the other day. When the process started I heard the door lock motor run but it did not lock. The word 'door' flashed quickly on screen and the word 'locked' has continued to stay lit. I have tried cancel, turned breaker on & off, & unplugged/ replugged several times but each time the motor sounds like it is trying to work. I really don't care about having the latch work but until I can clear the control panel the oven won't work. Do you have any hints for me to override/clear the panel? Thanks for any help you can give.

ANSWER Hello CVW,
In order to clear codes you will have to replace the motor/latch lock. There is no way that you will be able to bypass the motor.
