What is causing our washer to be out of balance when spinning at top speed? I tried replacing the shock absorbers but still does it. Doesn't even try to balance itself? Will almost shake itself apart at top speed.
ANSWER Hi Dawn. Remove power. Remove the back. Physically and visually inspect the rear tub pulley and bolt to see if they are extremely tight. Bolt part # is 131303700. Pulley is part #131883400. Remove top and inspect if the upper tub springs part # is 134144700, are in place in the top of the frame (plastic guides). Is the front tub counter balance weight broken? Part # is 131975300. Remove the belt. Spin the tub from the front and see if the tub is wobbling as a bad rear bearing/ spinner assy./ bearing. Inner tub is part # 131618500. Rear Outer tub is part # 131618500. Is the unit level front to back and side to side? Are the leg lock nuts secured tightly up under the frame after level? Is all 4 rubber foot pads on a clean floor? Pads # is . Place a 1/2 - glass of water 18" out front of the unit. Run unit in Spin mode and verify if water in glass indicates the floor is the issue or if the machine? If the machine is well and installed correctly, the unit feet will constantly touch the floor and no - visible floor shaking occurring. If the new shock is not tight with the tub or the base, then the shock is part # 134564200. Are the shock pins tight and not not broken, Part # is 131268300. Thank you.
