My oven takes over an hour to reach 350 degrees.
You will want to access the control panel and turn the oven in the on position. You will want to check to make sure that you are getting 240 vac between bake and L1 and between broil and L1. If there is proper voltage at both locations then the control board is faulty. IF not then you want to check the elements to make sure that they are good. You can do this by doing a continuity test on them or resistance check. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
