Ordered new control board, removed old control board could not get pin into new control board. Resistance when I went to put pin into the new control board. What is the trick?

ANSWER Hi. The pin part # 134347700 has a flat side to the shaft. Align the flat side to the same female port on the control board as you gently insert it. Thank You.
