The outside edge all the way around filter is warped doesn't sit flat or seal is the why my dishes are not getting clean or do you think its something else?

It is a possibility that the filter being warped would play a part in the dishes not getting clean. There may also be something that is down inside the pump that could be causing this issue as well.
