My oven element does not work but stove top and broiler does and clock display works and oven and preheat light comes on. Would this be a bad element ?

ANSWER Hello Jerry,
It is very possible that the bake element is what has failed. You will want to do a voltage check from L1 to bake on the control board to make sure that power is going to bake element and check across the terminals fo the bake element for voltage. Across both you should have 240vac.You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
