WHen I start the washer the no spin light comes on and then it will not go any farther. Is it my pump or something else?

ANSWER Jennifer, If there is water in the tub, it could be a drain pump issue, If not, then you need to start looking for a faulty door latch assembly
131763202 (does the door lock ?) or a motor control board 134743500 . Thanks
