Hello, my drain pump is new, but it does not start, I checked the connector in both lines is live no ground, I checked as well the cables and I do not see any broken or connected what can it be?

ANSWER Hello Jorge,
You will want to check the circuit at the control. Check between connector P3 pin 6 and pin 8. You should have a resistance of 26 ohms. If you do not have 26 ohms then the pump is faulty. If you do have proper ohms then the control is faulty.
