My front load washer is not draining the water or spinning. Could it be the pump?

ANSWER Hello Chris,
The most common issue with this model is the filter 137518800 inside the tub-to-pump hose 134455900 gets clogged with lint, change, and other debris from the wash. The hose has to be removed to access this filter and it absolutely must be put back in after cleaning it unless you want to buy a new drain pump the next go around.
