When unscrewing cup to replace filter, the blue plastic top of the filter appears to have broken off inside the housing. I can't get any purchase on the broken-off filter top to get it out so that I can cleanly install a new filter. Any suggestions?
You can try to get the tip off by using needle nose pliers to remove but if you cannot get the top out then you will need to get a new filter head assembly.
