The Pure Source Plus Water System was left for some time with the mechanical shut off bar in the "up" position. Now, with it down we have no chilled water, the ice auger doesn't turn and a few old cubes dropped out of the unit. Suspect not working in that regard. I tried a reset according to the sticker. Pushed in the dispense switch and held it there for 5 mins didn't seem to make any difference. I shut off the fridge at the main breaker for a few moments then turned it back on Still??

If the water was not used on unit for a while and the water and ice do not work then you may want to replace filter. You may also pull water filter out and check to make sure it is not frozen and cracked.
