This part is too tall for my washer. I confirmed with customer service that this is the correct part, but I can not figure out how to get them to fit in my unit. The rack is too high with the wheels located on the bottom of the "u" shaped bracket. Can you please explain how I install this in my washer so it rolls inside and will fit.

ANSWER Sherry, The overall heigth of the rack assembly should measure approximately 10 inches, and should measure 9 inches from the top rail of the rack to the bottom of the rack roller wheel. That should help determine of you have the correct part or not. To install the rack, you will need to extend the upper rack out to access the plastic end cap on the metal rail. You'll need a small blade screwdriver or similar tool to remove the end cap rack stop. on the interior side of the rail you'll see a small plastic tab the length of the rail, you'll need to expand the gap between the tab and the front of the plastic stop, and push up on the assembly on both rails, to remove the end cap in order to remove the rack.
