ANSWER Hello Erik,
You will want to check to see if the fans are running in the freezer compartment and in the compressor compartment behind the refrigerator. If they are running then check to see if compressor is running. If not and you are hearing a clicking noise every couple of minutes then you will want to unplug unit and pull the relay off the side of compressor and look for burn marks on the relay. Some you can hold to your ear and shake and if it rattles then it needs a new relay. If the condenser fan is not running then it could cause compressor to overheat and shut down.
