I ordered two bars and I received them, but they were longer than the orginal ones, the customer representative told me to cut some of the length to fit my refrigetor, but if I cut some of the bar, the sockets on either end of the bar will disappear and the rack support won't be stable, I want to know if the situation that the representative support works? ANSWER Hi Zicheng. This is the part that the manufacture provides. -If- you need to modify the bar, you will need to put the "cut" side on the very inside of the door so it is not (less) noticed. Refrigerator Door Bar - Color: White. Size: 20.27 inches. As per the manufacturer this door bar replaces many of the originals and may appear different in both color and size. If it is longer than the original use of a hacksaw is needed.
