I have ordered and replaced the control board. It did not solve the problem. As you can see above we have tested the microswitches for continuity and they were fine. I also double checked with the new control board in place by removing the microswitches and it did nothing. As soon as it's plugged in, the ice dispenser immediately kicks on and stays on.
Any thoughts on what to check next? Thank you!

ANSWER Hello Sam. There are two boards in your dispenser. Usually the one you changed fixes it, but since we are dealing with a shorted out componet here, it could be the other board. Here is the part number for the other board 241700109. Hope this helps.
