My icemaker will not make ice (it does go through the cycle) and we get a large block of ice on the floor of the freezer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,Wayne

ANSWER Hello Wayne. Check and make sure the fill tube is not frozen and see if the icemaker cycles and sends power to the water valve. If so, replace the valve. If it does not cycle, replace the icemaker. As for the ice on the floor, the drain is clogged and will need to be cleaned out. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
