My oven igniter wasn't coming on, I replaced it today with a new igniter and still nothing, no glow or anything, checked power with circuit tester and it has got power going to it, Could it be saftey valve?

ANSWER Hello Joe. If there is power to the igniter, and it does not glow, you have a bad igniter in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
