My question is about part number AP2106583 which is Screw`hxwhd A `1/4 - 10x2.165 for the washing machine model number above. If the screws are rusted is it necessary to replace? And is there some sort of lock tight thread locker that can be applied to the screw upon installing it into the hole of the drum outer shell?

ANSWER Hello Martin! If the screws are rusted we would suggest replacing them, in the case they may break later on in use. The loctite sealant is part number 59133109. Thanks!
