ANSWER Eddie, You wan't to turn power off to the refrigerator, press each selection key on the dispenser and make sure you "feel"and hear each button depress and click, one of the buttons could be stuck or defective 241708309 if the buttons are OK, you'll need to check the control board 241708202 and wiring for damage or loose connections.
