I unscrewed the front screws and the solenoid fell apart. Now I can't get the other screws off of the side of part #49, the arm that attaches to the motor housing

ANSWER Stephanie, Have you removed the Ice Container Rail Assembly from the freezer compartment ? The screws holding the motor cover 241675502 to the rail assembly 241676501, are your basic phillips head screws 218359202(two on each side). Once you dismount the motor cover from the rail assembly it should be a breeze.
