The boot spring came out of the washer. How do I get it back in?

ANSWER Hello Dan. Install the boot back onto the front lip of the front panel. Then start at the top of the boot and insert the spring 131277300 into the groove of the boot and work your way around the door boot with the spring down to the bottom. The spring is used to hold the boot into the front panel lip and keep it from coming off. These can be hard to re-install and you may need to use a small amount of liquid detergant to coat the spring for easier install.
