The "element on" light will not go off although all elements are off. There was a wiring issue with the front left element, I have repaired the broken wire, but the light will not go off.

ANSWER Hello Joe,
You will want to access the switches on unit. Remove the wire from terminal P on all but one switch. Reconnect power. If the indicator glows then that switch is defective and needs to be replaced. If it does not glow the switch is good. Do this for all the switches. You may want to start with the switch for the front left since this is the element you had trouble with.
