My washer stopped in the rinses & spin. I was able to open the washer door while the knob was pulled out and the door lock light on. The washer didn't drain water. I tried various operational steps with no reaction. I thinking it could be a bad door lock switch. If not please advise what parts could be needed. Thanks
ANSWER Vinnie, Yes, a faulty door lock assembly 131763202, could produce the symptoms as you described them. No drain or spin. But you also need to check the drain pump 131268401 as well. Start the washer and check for 120 VAC at the drain pump and check the drain hose for restrictions.
