My 2.5 years old dryer FAQG7011KR0 does not give heat. I am trying to identify a part(s) that fails.
Limiter (AP5688405 - 137539200/134711500) fails continuity test. Does it need to show continuity?
If I need to replace Limiter, do I need to replace High Limit Thermostat (AP4457093 - 137116700) too, even though it shows continuity?
What else could be failing in this situation? Do I need also to replace Flame Sensor (AP2142636 - 5303281135), even if it shows continuity?
Dryer gives error codes: E68 & E5B. E68 must be wrong, because Keys Test showed all the keys functioned correctly.
Do I need to replace Control Panel too?
Thanks a lot,
ANSWER Hello Leonid. Yes, you will need to replace the limiter if it is reading open on the unit. No need to replace the hi limit.
